SUFFERING SAINTS

We are moving on into 1 Peter, Chapter 3, this Sunday, (February 8) as we consider what it means to suffer for the sake of the Gospel. Peter was writing to saints who were suffering about a suffering Savior who had suffered for them. “For Christ suffered also once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the Spirit.”  (1 Peter 3:18). How have you suffered for being a follower of Jesus?
